There is no end to the daily demands in the life of a caring educator. Self-care is often last on the list! In this workshop educators learn the art of self-care as a way of life. Using evidence based mindfulness exercises, this hands-on workshop offers educators easy access to better-feeling places. Whether driving to school, meeting with a parent, or designing lesson plans, educators will learn new approaches or be inspired to create their own. Activities, which can easily be shared with students, may include Breathe Work, Tapping, Now Drops, Mudras & Higher Self Sanctuary.
